Appellant Kenneth Ray Noel was convicted in the Fayette Circuit Court of sexual abuse in the first degree, KRS 510.1 lO(l)(b)2, and was sentenced to two years in prison. The Court of Appeals affirmed, and we granted discretionary review to consider certain evidence issues raised by the facts of this case. We now affirm both the Fayette Circuit Court and the Court of Appeals.
